into 'stars' by putting in unusual situations - that reality shows have been
born. They are generally unscripted. TV shows bring drama, comedy, or romance
into people's homes. There are more and more such programmes. In my opinion
reality shows have advantages and disadvantages.
To begin with advantages. If you take part with reality shows you must
reckon on, that you will become a public person. Fame is often tiring, but it
gives a lot capabilities for instance such programmes can be a springboard to
public career - politics, fashion, media. What is more, sometimes you can win
a big money or other rewards. Besides, reality shows certainly test of one's
strength.
Although TV shows have some disadvantages. Many people argued that it is
very stressful competition, because you are being constantly watched, you are
living with strange participants and in addition you are separation from home
and family. Moreover, in such programmes are very few winners therefore
others fail and may feel frustrated.
Today we have lots reality shows, they are different and many people
watch reality for fun. We can watch how someone finds their true love, wins a
singing career or win a big money. It is natural to like watching other
people. They are interesting and furthermore we can imagine what we would do
in that situation. Taking part with such program is great adventure, but on
the other hand we must be resistant and ready for challenges - everything
depends of person.
