Hi Jonny!
Which one is correct?
I am to pick the documents up from... OR
I am to pick up the documents from...?

Could you explain me the rule or the difference between them?
Thanks for help in advance!

      Hi!
You can use "going to" to express a planned action in the future:

"I am going to pick the documents up from..."

The other way to express the future is by using the auxiliary
      verb "will":

"I will pick up the documents from..."

"Pick up" means to collect something by hand-so both your examples
      are fine. :-)
