italian researcher looking for help

Dear Polish friends,
I'm a researcher working on the development of EU standards in Poland and
Hungary, as far as competition policy and state aids are concerned. I'm
looking for information, papers, documents, and any kind of help from Polish
friends. Since I'm not very familiar with your language, I would prefer to
have any reply in english, german or italian. In case you find an article on
competition policy or state aids in a journal/document/paper and would make
an abstract (even acouple of lines) for me,I will be very happy. I'm sure I
will find the way to recompensate you for you work.

I would suggest contacting directly a number of institutions in Poland and
asking them to provide links. For example, the Polish Department of Agriculture
has a number of research institutes; also Industry and Commerce are worth
approaching for the same reason. More info could be available in English from
publications by the OECD.
