Help with test results please

14.09.21, 11:50
I'm currently on 100mcg and 75mcg Levothyroxine on alternating days, and my blood results from 3 weeks ago show:
TSH: 0.49 (0.3 - 4.20)
FT4: 12.6 (9 - 19) 36% through range
FT3: 4.4 (3 - 5.4) 58.33% through range

I've been having a lot of my hypo symptoms coming back in the past couple of weeks and would like my dose to be raised again to 100 Levothyroxine every day, but previously when on that dose I became overly sweaty, my heart seemed to beat more heavily, fatigue increased, and even a couple of minutes of slow walking seemed impossible.

Results that meant my dose was lowered were:
TSH 0.07 mU/L (0.30 - 4.20)
Plasma free T4 16.0 pmol/L (9.0 - 19.0) 70% through range
Plasma free T3 5.6 pmol/L (3 - 5.4) 108.33% through range

Any advice gratefully received as I don't feel well at the moment

It is possible that you are low in iron. You should check ferritin level. If it's low (even within the norm) you might not tolerate higher doses of Levo, even if needed. It's different from person to person, but most people with thyroid problems feel best when the ferritin level is around 70. It would be great to check vitamin D3 and B12 as well.
Increasing ferritin levels takes time, but if the level is really low, you should start to feel the difference after a few weeks.
      Hope you feel better soon.
