For our Prague team we are currently looking for:
CUSTOMER MANAGER - POLISH NATIVE SPEAKER
Description:
You will be responsible for overseeing and growing an account
portfolio. There will be significant phone interaction with clients.
The position requires the ability to engage in a consultative sales
process, analyze account activity and international payment needs to
offer a range of appropriate solutions to support the client.
Customer managers are responsible for working closely with sales
executives to ensure seamless support for the client. In addition,
they develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer more
appropriate solutions and analyze foreign payment needs to customize
our web-based account management system.
The position requires:
* Very good communication and presentation skills
* Economic background and willingness to learn about
financial markets
* Two years of relevant work experience – banking sector,
relationship/client manager
* Polish mother tongue and good command of English
* Willingness to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic.
