"French fashion label Leonard is returning to the men’s fragrance
category with a new signature scent, Leonard Homme. The brand’s only
men’s scent takes the place of the Monsieur fragrance, which was
discontinued in 2000.
Like the signature women’s L’Orchidée Leonard juice launched last
year), the design for Leonard Homme recalls the brand’s emblematic
orchid flower. The rectangular bottle has a black floral print
design borrowed from the label’s winter/autumn 2008-2009 fashion
collection. The fresh, woody scent includes top notes of bergamot
and nutmeg, violet flower leaf and cedar in the heart with incense
and cashmere wood in the base. The juice was created by Firmenich.
Leonard Homme arrives in France in selective perfumery chains
Nocibé, Marionnaud and Beauty Success as well as independent
perfumeries this month, and will launch in some 20 international
markets where the brand is present by year end. The EdT is priced
€47 for 50ml and €59 for 100ml."
