Mam 30 lat i "noszę" się z zamiarem zakupu w/w kremu zarówno na dzień jak i
na noc. Nie mam jakichś większych problemów z cerą, chcę tylko zapobiegać
zmarszczkom, oznakom starzenia się skóry, no i żeby wyglądała ona
przyzwoicie, promiennie. Czy to dobry wybór? A może doradzicie coś swojego,
lepszego? Dziękuję za wypowiedzi.

miałam krem na noc z tej serii. oddałam mamie. lubie kosmetyki Olay ale ten to
dla mnie totalny niewypał. Zostawial na twarzy taką powołokę cementową.
nieprzyjemnie się rozprowadzał. no i to wrażenie "zapchanej" zamaskowanej cery.

hej, warto sprawdzac recenzje kosmetykow na www.cosmeticscop.com, podaja tam
zawsze zrodla testow klinicznych oceniajacych skutecznosc danego kosmetyku i bez
skrupulow rozprawiaja sie z kosmetycznym badziewiem jakiego pelno.
wejdz w zakladke products reviews jesli chcesz wiedziec wiecej, przekleilam ci
tylko o kremach Olay, ps "total effects" w usa to prawdopodobnie SevenSigns w UK
i europie , ten o ktorym piszesz (nie ma olay u mnie wiec nie wiem jak wyglada )
      ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Olay
Olay's Total Effects is supposed to be the only product that addresses the
"seven signs of aging." I'm not sure how Olay accounted for only "seven" signs,
because there are dozens and dozens of changes in the skin that reflect "aging."
(Actually, what appears on the surface of skin is only minimally related to
aging; it's primarily related to years and years of sun damage.) Total Effects
is all about the ingredient niacinamide, a B vitamin that does have some
research showing it to be of benefit for skin, and these products do contain
more of it than most other products on the market. If you are interested in
niacinamide this is the line to consider (refer to the online Cosmetics
Dictionary, for more detailed information regarding this ingredient). But bear
in mind that because of the skin's complexity, one ingredient can't possibly
meet all the needs and challenges of sun-damaged skin.

Complete UV Protective Moisture Lotion SPF 15 (Fragrance and Fragrance Free)
($7.99 for 4 ounces) is a very good, in-part zinc oxide–based sunscreen. While
the sun protection is impressive, the moisturizing base leaves much to be
desired. It contains mostly water and wax and no other interesting water-binding
agents or antioxidants. That's not bad, it's just not great. Still, the SPF 15
is what really counts for a daytime product anyway.

Total Effects Intensive Restoration Treatment ($19.99 for 1.01 ounces)
contains mostly water, glycerin, niacinamide (vitamin B3), thickeners, silicone,
more thickeners, film-forming agent, antioxidants, and preservatives. It would
be good for someone with normal to dry skin. There is a small amount of research
showing that topical niacinamide is effective in helping repair skin's
intercellular matrix (the glue that holds skin cells together), though this was
shown only in vitro and not on real human skin (Source: British Journal of
Dermatology, September 2000, pages 524–531). Extrapolating any of this to
wrinkles is a stretch, but it is clearly a good ingredient for skin, it just
isn't the only one to show this kind of benefit, though this product from Olay
contains more of it than most!
