Leader Service International LLC as the Personnel Consultancy Agency, which is certified by the record number 6451 for our Client, an international IT Outsourcing company is currently looking for candidate for the position of IT:

Desktop Support Consultant with Dutch language
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Nr ref: RD/08

Responsibilities:
-provide complex technical support for customer end users
-coordinate desktop changes to avoid deployment collisions
-prepare requests for rollout
-create rollout plans for changes requests
-prioritize change requests
-responsible for project analysis, coordination and planning for all technical components of desktop related projects
-coordinate implementation process
-take part in incident handling about desktop changes
-participate in projects concerning bigger desktop changes, for example rollout of new antivirus

Requirements:
-very good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Dutch language
-higher education (Bachelor or master Degree)
-2-3 years of experience in Help Desk and Customer Service delivery field
-very good knowledge of Microsoft environment
-excellent communication and conversation skills
-good documentation skills
-readiness to relocate to Krakow
