has agreed to address BPCC Business Breakfast in Warsaw
on Thursday, 1 June 2006
starting 7:45 am

Mr Jozefowicz's responsibilities include a wide range of civil law
jurisdiction issues and those relating to vindication. He agreed to address
current model of civil law jurisdiction and the Justice Ministry's plans for
structural reforms with a goal to improve transparency of business processes
in Poland.

The meeting will take the format of a briefing followed by interactive
dialogue. We would like to kindly ask you to supply any questions and/or the
areas of particular concern.

Language: Polish with consecutive interpretation to English

To avoid queues and ensure that we finish at a reasonable time, we would like
to recommend that guests arrive not later than 7:40 am, so that breakfast can
start at 8:00 am prompt.

The cost is 150 zl +VAT per person (BPCC members), 250 zl + VAT per non-
member, payable by bankers transfer on receipt of VAT invoice.
