Huub Stevens freaks out!


There were amazing scenes at Hertha's training ground this morning. Before
the session began, coach Huub Stevens made his side from the dismal Groclin
game line up in front of him. In front of around 150 fans...and a DSF camera,
Stevens proceeded to verbally lay into his players, on a scale never publicly
seen before in German football.


What Huub Stevens had to say to the following players:


Fredi Bobic: "You do nothing except stand around up front, not even
considering helping out further back."

Bart Goor: "You have no winner's mentality."

Dick van Burik: "The whole crap starts with you just booting the ball
aimlessly up the field."

Artur Wichniarek: "If you are that bad, then there's no point in picking you
for the first team is there?"
