The optimist...

IP: *.crowley.pl 01.06.04, 18:58
The optimist proclaims that we live in the best of all possible worlds, and
the pessimist fears this is true.
[James Branch Cabell]

That's my favourite saying... ;-) I'm an optimist ;-)))

        Fantabulous - interesting word ;-)))
I know what you mean but does it really exist ?
        Ok - I'm checking... ;-)
        Yes, wow:

        fantabulous =
excellent: extremely good ( humorous )
[Mid-20th century. A blend of fantastic and fabulous.]

        I'll remember that... ;-)))

I'm happy that even one person also likes this saying...
That was worth posting it here on forum ;-)))

Do you know that Chinese people don't know word forum...
That's why I'm checking it also...
        Ok, uff..., it exists ;-)

        forum =
a place on the Internet where people can leave messages or discuss particular
subjects with other people at the same time:
'Discussion forums are a way of contacting people with similar interests from
        all over the world.'

They also don't know 'Gadu-gadu' - they have qq ;-))) and also know ICQ...

        • Gość: Bodzu I'll present what my friend from China said... IP: *.crowley.pl 04.06.04, 23:28

fragments of his e-mails... Sorry for some his mistakes I don't correct them
because if I understood him you will understand him also... ;-)))
          • Gość: Bodzu Chinese history IP: *.crowley.pl 04.06.04, 23:29
China, one of world's most ancient civilizations, has a recorded history of
nearly 5,000 year.In 221 B.C.,Qin shihuang, the first Emperor, established the
first centralized, unified, multi-ethnic state in Chinese history. With nearly
5,000years to draw on, China owes its rich culture to a blend of philosophies
            including Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism.
          • Gość: Bodzu Chinese dragon IP: *.crowley.pl 04.06.04, 23:30
The dragon is considered to be auspicious in China. Although the dragon is
quite familiar to most Chinese, nobody had ever seen a real one. Dragon-worship
has found a way into every aspect of life in China. The Chinese like to compare
China to agiant dragon flying over the east of the world. It's quite easy to
find the image of dragon in China.
          • Gość: Bodzu That's very short description... ;-) IP: *.crowley.pl 04.06.04, 23:34
That's very short description but I hope I can discuss with him longer but I
want to show him our culture...
Any suggestions what in your opinion is the most important in European history?
The most important persons for whole Europe...
            I have many ideas ;-)))
But maybe you have also some good view on this matter and help me to show him
            our European culture...
            Thanks in advance... ;-)))
