what do you mean by "good future"? Elementary school?.. as an English teacher?

Just because she'll major in English (if that's what she decides to do) doesn't
necessarily mean she'll have to teach. I majored in Spanish and Latin American
studies and after I graduated I got a job in the financial field (investments,
mutual funds, etc.), so that's because you study something, doesn't mean you'll
have to work in that field. Unless of course you want to :)

so, i can infer that after Latin American studies you can work for financial
companies.. I am just kidding ;) the point is what she can expect from English
        filology.
My wife finished it on UW (University of Warsaw), and she was not able to find
any job in Poland (according to her field). Now, she is working for a Canadian
insurance company (we are in Canada right now), but her masters degree did not
mean anything for them. She had to study again...

          Hey,I'm in Canada too :)
Insurance companies, banks, mutual fund companies, etc. tend to be good work
places for Arts graduates. I worked with people who majored in history,
political studies, geography and English. There was no one there with a major
in economics or anything related to finances. Funny.

The truth is, a great majority wind up teaching English in public schools.
That's not to say you necessarily have to as well, but the odds are you will...

PS: I think you can already see those few spelling mistakes in your post - but
please pay attention to this one in the topic line. :)

      Good luck,
      Y.
