Jak mam napisac ze czegos jest "5 sztuk" ?
- five pieces?
- five each ?
Czy moze jeszcze inaczej? Przepraszam za takie pytanie, ale to wazne dla mnie.

There are five items/things/entities... Or, there are five pussies(=sztuk)with
a pussy each. Does that help?

There are "access doors" on my engines.....
When I`m sending to workshop for repair, I must print document which says
the name of thing, the reason of remooval and qantities...
Today ,it will be four "access doors"...
Should I print "access door cracked - four pieces"
or, "access doors cracked - four items"
Or you can tell me other right way?

Sorry, I am technically illiterate and perhaps that's why I find it difficult
to see your problem, but if:

item to be repaired - access door/engine's a. d.
reason - cracked
quantity - four

is not clear enough for 'them' in the workshop, than I can't help. Anyway,
items and pieces are both OK in this context.

The problem is that I`m a mechanic, in Poland and Im forced by superiors to
be familiar with your language - which is a strange for me.
I love to speak English - but writing makes me a lot of problems.That`s why I
