      controlling WHAT? who came up with this term?

      NIK does audit, so why not the accepted english equivalent of Supreme Chamber
      of Control (see the website). this translation has been around for a long time
      so it should not be tampered with, but if i were to start afresh i would call
      it National Audit Authority.

        Supreme Chamber of Control would be a brilliant name for a death-metal band, or
        an evil alien power :-)

      It actually is National Audit Office, or NAO.
