only one Siedlecki that i`ve found live in Ciechanów, maybe through years they
moved out from Rutki-głowice (this is small village, no outlooks for future, so
it`s very possible that they moved out)

know/heard about anyone bearing name "Siedlecki". This is very tiny
village so if your family lives there I'm sure I will be able reach
