Navy Integrated Training Resources Administration System (NITRAS)
NITRAS is a Navy-wide automated information system designed to manage and
support the Navy military training effort. Training planning information and
training accomplished is collected and disseminated to various echelons where
it is used to support training resource decisions, manpower determinations,
management of quotas, personnel distribution, determination of training
requirements, and in development of course plans and schedules.
