The scheme allows free credits to be allocated to men aged 60 or over who
have not accumulated the necessary amount of contributions to be entitled to
a full pension.

Rozumiem, że rozwiązanie działa mniej więcej jak nasze emerytury pomostowe
albo coś w tym stylu, ale jak przetłumaczyć te "credits"?
