Senior Fronted Developer

We are looking for 2 Senior Fronted Developers based in Warszawa or Krakow

What we are looking for:

A full-stack engineer with serious front end development chops and ability to integrate into backend application written in Ruby.

We are a design centric organization and are looking for folks that share our passion for clean and simple design that’s modern and approachable.

You'll be writing front-end code to develop the user-interface and functionality of the website. You'll collaborate with our staff designers to prototype designs.

Solid HTML, CSS, AJAX, and JavaScript development skills

Experience using charting libraries and creating custom charting widgets.

Ability to flesh out feature descriptions into mockups and flow diagrams
Experience with JSTL, Tiles and AJAX frameworks
Must understand how to structure a web UI, not just write HTML

Required Skills or Training:

6-plus years professional experience using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
5 plus years of experience with web based software development
3 plus years developing in a Ruby environment
2 plus years working with agile development and scrum
Full stack experience

Praca Senior Project Manager - Scrum Master

What we are looking for:
The Scrum Master has day-to-day responsibility for managing complex Agile software development projects to completion.
Responsible for all aspects of the development/implementation of highly complex Global analytics platform projects using Scrum methodology
Facilitates Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Daily Stand-Ups,
Removes impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive
Identifies and manages dependencies with other internal or external teams
Provides metrics and status to senior management
Mentors team members on Agile/Scrum best practices
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Project Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

Required Skills or Training:

8-plus years of experience in project management
2 plus years of experience with SCRUM
3 plus years managing projects in a Ruby environment
5 plus years experience managing web application projects.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.
Ability to manage frontend developers and designers

Strong communicator with excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
