Administrative Assistant (m/f)
Located in Warsaw
Responsibilities:
Provide administration and secretarial support to the Managing
Director as well as to other ASTRA CEE employees;
Run an efficient administration process and perform general office
duties;
Handle mail and ensure prompt and accurate mailing of material;
Keep diaries and maintain address files, as well as mailing and email
lists;
Co-ordinate travel arrangements for the ASTRA CEE Team and prepare
meetings;
Maintain filing systems and databases;
Assist in the organisation / roll-out of projects;
Perform general research via the Internet and other suitable means
and methods
Monitor ASTRA CEE budgets, spending and purchase orders and perform
all subsequent PeopleSoft as well as administration processes;
Act as permanent back-up to other Administrative Assistants e.g. in
case of work overload, holiday, sick leave.
Experience/Qualifications:
Some professional experience as a secretary or administrator;
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Lotus Notes as well as all other office equipment;
Fluency in oral and written Polish and English plus Hungarian;
Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills;
Ability to work in an accurate and organised manner;
Be able to work independently or across teams.
