Mam 38 lat i od dzieciństwa cierpię na opryszczkę wargową.Od kilku lat mam
także opryszczkę intymną z którą nie mogę sobie poradzić.Wiem że mam obniżony
układ odpornościowy i chciałabym go jakimiś sposobami np.dietą
podwyższyć.Wysyp opryszczki intymnej mam prawie co miesiąc/ostatnio/.
Moja lekarka wysyła mnie do instytutu wirusologii bo nie wie co ze mna
zrobić.Przyjmowałam prawie wszystko.Co mam z tym zrobić????????.Proszę o jakąś

Byłam leczona chyba wszystkimi dostepnymi srodkami na rynku, no niestety tak to
juz jest, ze niektórym zaraz wszystko pomaga i nie mają objawów przez długi
okres czasu, a niektórym trafia sie jakiś bardzo wredny wirus, jak w moim
przypadku...

opryszczki nie da się wyleczyć raz na zawsze, bo to są wirusy które siedzą w
człowieku i tylko czyhają kiedy organizm jest lekko osłabiony, a wtedy hyc i już
krocha jest.

można nieco podleczać przy pomocy heviranu, 1 tabletka dziennie 800 mg, wydawany
na receptę. wtedy wysypy są rzadziej i mniejsze krosty się robią. warunek -
należy przyjąć pierwszą tabletkę od razu jak się poczuje znajome swędzenie i
brać przez tydzień.

samopoczucie psychiczne.
W aptekch mozna nabyc, preparaty na podwyzszenie odpornosci. Prosze mi wierzyc -
one naprawde pomagaja - nalezy tylko regularnie je zazywac (wedlug instrukcji w
ulotce). Do tego koniecznie nalezy zapewnic sobie odpowiednia dawke aktywnego
wypoczynku (dobra kondycja tez jest podstawa sprawnego ukladu immunologicznego).

Drobne mikrourazy sprzyjają ,,wysypowi,, opryszczki, zwłaszcza przed
miesiączką. Więc dbaj o dobre nawilżenie okolic intymnych w czasie
współzycia, mozesz dodatkowo użyć żelu intymnego. No i wysypiaj sie,
nie przemęczaj, staraj sie unikać stresu ( łatwo powiedzieć )i
dobrze sie odżywiaj.

unikaj solarium i intensywnego opalania na słońcu, gdy poczujesz się zmęczona to
zafunduj sobie odpoczynek.Oba czynniki powodują obniżenie odporności i wirus ma
dobrą drogę do zaatakowania. Odpowiednia dieta też jest ważna. Udowodniono, że
jedne produkty uaktywniają wirusa, a inne hamują jego rozmnażanie.

Valtrex . Niestety, wydawany tylko na recepte. Lek nalezy przyjmowac
cale zycie, bo jak juz ktos tu napisal, wirus jes nieuleczlny.
Valtrex blokuje wykwity opryszczki (bardzo skutecznie) choc nie
eliminuje calkowicie i u niektorych osob moga zdzarzac sie objawy
wirusa 1 lub 2 razy w roku i w znacznie lagodniejszej formie.
Ogranicza rowniez zakaznosc wirusa na partnera.
Nie wiem, moze ten lek juz jest w Polsce. Na rynku amerykanskim,
cena leku jest wysoce refundowana przez ubezpieczenie. Pelen koszt
1 opakowania (30 tabl. kuracja na miesiac) to 230 $ a na recepte 20
$, a z tego jeszcze mozna dostac obnizke 10 $ na opakowaniu po
wydrukowaniu sobie kuponu ze strony internetowej producenta.
Lek naprawde skuteczny, sama go uzywam. Przechodzilam doslownie to
samo co Ty i w Polsce nikt nie mogl mi pomoc.
Postaraj sie dowiedziec, jesli nie ma tego leku w Polsce , moze juz
jakies kraje europejskie maja Valtrex.

Cold sores usually clear up without any treatment in 7 to 10 days. But there are certain treatments that may help prevent and treat attacks.

* Using a sunscreen on your mouth and lips when you're out in the sun is likely to help reduce the chances that you'll get a cold sore.
* You can try an antiviral cream as soon as you feel an attack coming on. But the research isn't clear about how well this treatment works.
* Taking antiviral tablets as soon as you get cold sores might help to reduce your symptoms and help your cold sores heal. But tablets are only prescribed to people who have a weak immune system or who get a very severe attack of cold sores. Children may also be treated with antiviral tablets.
* If you take antiviral tablets when you don't have any cold sores, they can reduce the risk of getting cold sores. But tablets are only prescribed for people who get very bad attacks of cold sores.

We've looked closely at the research and ranked the treatments into categories, according to whether they work.

Treatments that are likely to work

Sunscreens
If you find that sunlight triggers cold sores, it's probably worth trying sunscreens to see if they help. There's some evidence from two studies that using sunscreens on your lips and mouth can help to reduce the chances of cold sores appearing.1 2

Antiviral tablets
Doctors don't normally prescribe antiviral tablets for cold sores. Your doctor will usually only prescribe them for babies and children or adults who get a very bad attack of cold sores. They are also prescribed for adults who have a weak immune system: for example, if they have HIV or cancer.3

The medicine doctors normally prescribe is called aciclovir. Other antiviral medicines include famciclovir (Famvir) and valaciclovir (Valtrex). If you cannot swallow tablets or if the prescription is for a baby or young child, your doctor can prescribe this medicine as a liquid.

There is good research to show that antiviral tablets can help to treat cold sores.

Two good-quality studies (randomised controlled trials) in children whose gums and mouth were infected with the herpes simplex virus for the first time found that antiviral tablets reduced pain and speeded up healing.4 5

Studies in adults show that taking antiviral tablets can reduce the number of times someone gets cold sores and how long their symptoms last (from about 8 days to 6 days).6 7 8 9

Taking antiviral tablets just before symptoms appear (when many people get warning symptoms such as tingling) or as soon as symptoms appear can speed up recovery. This means that symptoms last a few days less than they would if you didn't take the tablets.10 11

These tablets have side effects. They can cause headache, nausea and diarrhoea.11 They can also cause an upset stomach, dry mouth and wind, but these side effects are less common.12

Treatments that need further study

Antiviral creams
You can buy these creams over the counter at the pharmacy. They include aciclovir (Zovirax) and penciclovir (Vetavir). It's possible that this treatment can make your cold sores less painful and help them heal more quickly. But there hasn't been enough good research to say for certain how well it works.

One large study (a randomised controlled trial) has found that putting an antiviral cream on your cold sores may help to cut down the time they are painful for.12 Other studies show that antiviral creams can help cold sores heal more quickly.12 13 14 15 16 17 18 But the effect may be quite small. They may just reduce pain for just a few hours compared with having no treatment. There's no research to say whether or not antiviral creams can help to prevent attacks or that they can help treat the first infection with the virus.

Antiviral creams can make your skin red and itchy.13 19 20

Painkilling creams
There's one small trial of the local anaesthetic cream tetracaine (also called amethocaine), which you can buy under the brand name Ametop. The trial suggests that this treatment can speed up the time that cold sores lose their scabs by about two days.21 But it's not clear whether this finding is important and can help speed up your recovery.

Zinc oxide cream
One small study (a randomised controlled trial) showed that putting zinc oxide cream on cold sores helps them heal more quickly.22 But we need more evidence to know this for certain.

You can buy zinc oxide creams from a pharmacy without a prescription. It's a type of barrier cream and is often used to treat nappy rash in babies.

In the study, people who used zinc oxide cream complained that it caused burning, itching, stinging and tingling.

bedzie dobrze...aha no i higiene trzeba zachowac odpowiednia

niektórzy tak jak Czarek chwalą sobie erazaban, ale mi nie pomógł i musiałam się
wspomóc tabletkami. Brałam je przez 10 dni, a po pojawieniu się kolejnego
nawrotu , aż przez 11 miesięcy. Od tamtej pory wirus nie uaktywnił się. Ciągle
jednak biorę preparaty na wzmocnienie układu immunologicznego.
