Job description:
IT Service Helpdesk Consultant will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for all customer queries.

Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Customer Contact Handling (answering customers IT related queries, ensuring that all customer queries are dealt with in professional manner)
- Network and e-mail accounts administration
- Daily check tasks
- Taking parts in a various projects
Requirements:

* proficiency in Danish,
* good command of the English language,
* knowledge of various software and applications (minimum: Windows environment and MS Office package) ,
* interpersonal skills crucial for working at customer service centre such as:
* excellent communicativeness,
* orderliness ,
* self-reliance,
* analytical skills ,
* readiness to work flexible hours,
* customer orientation,
* teamwork,
* resilience for stress.
