Senior Accountant / French, Dutch, Norwegian, Russian, Slovenian,
Latvian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Greek
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:
• providing a point of contact for all finance related queries
to the Clients,
• coordinating tasks regarding to Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable and Buy Center,
• ensuring accurate balance sheet accounts reconciliation and
inter company reconciliation process,
• preparing and posting journal entries,
• ensuring completion of close process in an accurate and timely
manner,
• preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases, posting of bank
transactions,
• performing a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious
errors, omissions or inconsistencies,
• managing the preparation of all compliance documentation,
• ensuring SOX compliance within the team,
• supporting audit of financial statements as required.


Requirements:
• fluent knowledge of one of the above languages,
• very good English writing and speaking skills,
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably
in BPO,
• master’s degree (preferably in accountancy, finance or
economics),
• good knowledge of local GAAP, SOX control and reporting
standards/procedures,
• good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), knowledge of
ERP (SAP, Oracle) is desirable,
• good analytical and problem solving skills,
• experience in new process implementation,
• team management experience,
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management
skills.
