The small Wisconsin town nine hours away is the one place Ali's headhunters
could find for him to work with insurance rates he could afford. Ali now
pays $7,000 a year, compared to $80,000 for the same insurance coverage in
the metro-east. He's become a community doctor for a town of 1,973.

Rising insurance rates, the fear of getting sued and the general climate of
the medical community in this area were enough to convince Ali he had to
