PO to PiS: Let's Amend the Constitution

There is just too much state in polish state. Who is guilty for this
chaos? Just our polish constitution with such (too) flexible
paragraphs like “in the foreign politics the president should
cooperate wit the prime minister”. Should? Why not. But if they
don’t wont? Who should be a judge by possible conflicts? Americans,
Germans or Britons have no problems here because they have much
clearer regulations in constitutions. Must we have? My proposal:
operative power only in hands of government.
