kilkudziesieciu Senatorow ( Republikanskich i Demokratycznych ), i chcieli
zablokowac inwazje Iraku. Chcieli skoncentrowac sie na Afghanistanie
i Osamie. Niestety, nie udalo im sie. Richard Lugar to jest ten sam pacyf,
ktory w 1999 roku naciskal na Clintona, zeby zaczac bombardowanie Serbii.
