If the current global warming is a natural process , the average US citizen
sees no reason for reducing gas emission, which might harm energy producers.

Is this sentence in english ? ;)

Apart from a space before a comma, it is in standard English. The problem with it for me is that it sounds like standard sensationalist newspaper reporting of a badly worded opinion poll. It seems to suggest that most people in the US don't want to reduce gas emissions. In fact, since no one is objectively 100% certain that current global warming is natural, it says nothing about people's actual attitudes about cutting emissions.
