co to moze znaczyc - tzn czego sie "interviewer" spodziewa?
Czy to ma byc w zwiazku z praca czy osobista historia?

Well, the first question is obviously a warm-up. They need to start the
conversation somehow plus they want to check your spoken English: vocab,
fluency, small talk etc. They might find something interesting in your story to
build on that.

The second question is tricky: it's not the mistake itself that they're
intrested in, it's the lesson you've learnt from it :D How did you cope with
the stress it caused you? Have you ever done it again?

In my last job I did not trust my instincts and decision making and I relied on
somebody else. It turned out that the decision he made was not a good one.
From this experience I learned to trust myself
