Mam jedno pytanie. W następujej sytuacji powinno być "has" czy "have"?:
Food is very important. There have/has to be a lot of it.
No i najważniejsze - dlaczego tak a nie inaczej...

it - trzecia osoba - has
I have
You have
He, She, It has

Food is uncountable, so you refer to it in the third person singular.

Food is..., so: There has to be a lot of food.

There has to be lots of things, it's been lots of .... Nawet najbardziej
zagorzaly milosnik gramatyki nie moze tego zjawiska zwalczyc :(

Sure, and they also say "what is that mean", "It ain't gonna work", "She don't
do it" etc. Same as in Poland e.g. "poszłem" or "wziąść".

Wydaje mi się że to dotyczy "there" jako podmiot zastępczy tak jak "it" musi
łaczyc się z 3 osoba lp.

A jak zamienisz w dalszej cześci zdania "food" na "games" to jak powiesz?;)
