remuneration vs. consideration

Witam wszystkich !

Czy któś mógłby mi wyjaśnić subtelną (jak mniemam :-)) różnicę pomiędzy
remuneration vs. consideration w kontekście wynagrodzenia wypłacanego
pracownikowi?

remuneration = payment, zaplata
consideration = wziecie pod uwage, rozpatrzenie

Dzięki, ale słownik Kościuszkowski posiadam też. Ostatnio natknęłam się na
słowo consideration użytym jako wynagrodzenie firmy developerskiej za
realizację dużego projektu architektonicznego. Stąd moje pytanie. Mimo
wszystko, dziękuję za dobre chęci.

Remuneration:
wage: something that remunerates; "wages were paid by check"; "he wasted his
pay on drink"; "they saved a quarter of all their earnings"

Commonly called payroll. Includes wages, commissions, bonuses, overtime pay,
pay for holidays, vacations and sickness, payment for piece work, value of
meals and lodging and other substitutes for money. (State exceptions may apply)

Consideration:
*retainer: a fee charged in advance to retain the services of someone
*Something of value. Anything of value given to induce entering into a
contract. It may be money, personal services, or love and affection.
