Prosza o wypisanie wszystkich szczepien z datami i dawkami.

This is not true.
"Booster" is the additional dose of vaccine, given to acheve desired level of
immunity. Vaccination with the TWINRIX vaccine, consists from main dose, one
booster dose - one month later and second booster - year after.
After primary dose immunity is short-lived , only after first booster raises to
desired level but it is still short-lasting ( up to 2-3 years). Only after
second booster immunity lasts for about 10 years.

Another example is a vaccination against tetanus ( Td).

That is correct. Tuberculosis = equals to Polish term "gruzlica" or older

What I am reading here doesn't sound very English to me.
Without going into medical details, there are many mistakes that I have noticed.
The word "booster" should be followed by the word "shot" - it is a "booster
shot". "Booster" alone can mean many different things.

what do you mean by perogative here? "Right", "privilage"? It doesn't make
sense.
All students have to have their booster shots up to date.

version of the same.

fakt, ktos kto sie uczy (i to sie mnie tez tyczy) musi spojrzec "poprzez"
niegramtyczna gmatwanine i umiec "doczytac" sie do "co autor mial na mysli". Ja

By all means, as a matter of fact. If the road is ridden with nothing but pot
holes, you bet your butt I will be there to tell the person to be careful or
stay away from it altogether. It might cost him flat tires, at the least, or a
whiplash if the holes are the size of a crater. Unnecessary to mention? I don't
think so. I believe others already told the person where the street was, by the
way.

I am terribly sorry I have been such a disappointmnet to you and others. I have
caused so much unnnecessary anguish that seems to continue on to this day. You
