Biala Podlaska Genealogy

I have a picture of my family that was taken in 1932, Biala Podlaska. This
is a Jewish family and I can only identify three people in the picture out of
a total of thirty. Does anyone know how I can ask the newspaper if they
would publish the picture on the Lublin edition for possible identification
purposes? I do not read or speak Polish.

perhaps.
you must be aware that there are no longer many Jewish people left in the
Lublin area. however, it might still be a good idea to post the photograph in a
Lublin centered site. do you know where in the world there might be a center
for survivors from the Lublin area?
failing that, one place where it might get some attention would be the Lublin
Forum in the Gazeta Wyborcza. if you can post you photo on line that would be
good. I, or someone else on this forum could translate a post, like the one
you just wrote, and perhaps include a link to the photo.

you can also write to people from the regionalists from the local library. As
far I know there is one guy who is well informed in Biala Podlaska's history
and who collects many of historical materials concerning Biala Podlaska. His
name is Grzegorz Michalowski and the phone number to the library is: (+48 83)

I don't know if they speak English but it is worth to try this contact as I
suppose.

I do not know where there is a center for survivors of the Holocaust in your
area. I also do not know how to attach a picture to your forum because I
cannot read the Polish language that this forum is based on. If you could tell
me what words represent "attachment" in Polish, perhaps I can find that button
to attach my picture. Thank you very much for your help.
