Masters Study in Canada

I am studying at an English teacher training college (NKJO).

I'm interested in doing a masters degree at a CANADIAN university after
completion of the three year degree here in Poland.

Do you think it might be possible to gain admission?

Any information about places to apply and so on would be much appreciated.

I doubt that one can apply to any masters program without
a BS degree. Your three-year program does not lead
to a BS, does it?

Hi,
You usually need a four-year Bachelor's degree, like a BA (Bachelor of Arts) or
a BS (Bachelor of Science) to gain acceptance into Master's programs at
Canadian universities. Most universities require the previous degree to
include some sort of thesis, but that is not always the case.

Your best bet is to inquire directly with the institutions that you are
interested in attending (try looking on their online calendars or emailing the
head of the department or faculty that interests you) as to whether or not your
degree would be equivalent. You may have to complete an extra year of
schooling before you are accepted.
