IELTS rather conservative

Well, to be honest the entire IELTS concept is rather old fashioned and not
very communication oriented but that's what a language's purpose should be,
shouldn't it? It's the idea of passing of failing an exam which doesn't really
apply to real life situations because there are always to bridge communication
gaps, don't you think? There has been a much more practicable system
developed...
