For this recipe you will need :
- 1 kg. potatoes
- 0,5 kg. cucumbers
- 1 lettuce
- 1 kg broccoli
- 5 eggs
- a some oil


Instructions:

First wash eggs, broccoli, cucumbers, potatoes.
Put
Pell the potatoes and cucumbers.
Then cook eggs 10 minutes.
Later cut eggs dice and chop potatoes, broccoli, cucumbers and mix
all ingredients. Pour oil add a little salt and pepper.

Shred the letuce.
Mix all ingredients. Pour the oil, add salt and pepper to taste.
Good appetite.

Dlatego właśnie nie znosiłam w Polsce brokułów.
