...I jak ktos mi jeszcze cos powie, ze LOT ma zlą obsługe , to dam mu w
morde! NIGDY nie doswiadczylam zlej obsługi w LOT, i wydaje mi sie, ze ktos,
kto wypisuje negatywne opinie tutaj, NIGDY LOTEM NIE LECIAL!
Oto najswiezsze opinie o , np. LH, ze SKYTRAX: ( takie zachwoanie w LOT jest

I flew Toronto-Frankfurt on the new A340's. I was really excited because I
thought this would be a great airline, I had heard good things about it. The
service was good, food was nice, and the inside of the airplane was spotless.
But the FA made me want to jump out the airplane! they were very rude and
pushy!. Also very unorganized. They had carts near the stairs which lead
downstairs to the bathroom, and you had to squeeze past trays to get threw. I
even asked one of them to move, when she replied " Sorry, I'm busy doing my
job" - and later on, I was waiting upstairs, talking with my friend, when
this mean stewardess came in, shouted at us, throwing her arms in the air and
pushing us out of the way saying "I need room, I need room!". There are many,
many more things which ticked me off, for example, they would bang the trays
off the seats, and keep on going, like they didn't care, and never once
smiled. One girl was sitting on the FA seat, reading a German Magazine, and
ignoring me completely when I wanted a drink. I may only be 18, but I've
travelled to many places, from Egypt to Mexico, Saudi Arabia to Scotland, and
I've never once experienced this sort of rude behaviour! After missing our
connecting Lufthansa flight to St. Petersburg, Russia, we ( the 20 students
with me) had to wait 7 hours for another Lufthansa flight to Russia. I fell
asleep directly upon boarding that flight, so I can't comment on their
service, but I highly doubt it was any better.

Frankfurt to Houston and back: The unfriendliness was outstanding! We had
back-row seats and where always hit by the catering trolley. The comment of
the crew was “Sorry, we haven’t seen you”, but after the fourth or fifth time
you don’t believe anymore! The selection for lunch was poor, because the last
rows in economy didn’t have a choice at all. And on the flight back, the
meals where seasoned with garlic powder! It’s not only that I have a garlic
allergy, but it is also an impertinence to all other passengers in such a
sealed place!"
