Looking for relatives of Jozefa Vanda Kolodynska

She was born in 1932 and died 1957, I think she was born in Poland. I know she married a John Makiewicz and moved to England and had 3 children by him (2 daughters, 1 son), I believe she died of the bird flu. Her husband moved to ontario, canada.

She is my grandmother, her husband had later sent the children to foster homes and nobody knows any history on my fathers side.
