blox api in english?

is there any api description for blox available, so i can post without using

If you're a Firefox user you can try ScribeFire - it has decent Blox support. In fact, any blog editor which supports MetaWeblog API should do well. Just point it to blox.pl/xmlrpc

Mostly it works like standard MetaWeblog and Blogger APIs, but there
are some differences. First of all, for a weblog identifier you can
use the digit identifier (prefered) or the weblog name - significant
part of its domain name (deprecated). And the second thing - you
cannot set your own publication date for entry - it is always set to
the current time. The encoding standard for the API is iso-8859-2,
but for english it does not matter. If you need utf-8, you can use
our ukrainian version of the site - blox.ua, which is multilanguaged.
