POLISH - ENGLISH SPEAKING IT HELPDESK TEAM MEMBER
* Assist and manage solutions on customer inquiries/requests
on time and within defined timeframe
* Resister all IT related requests at 1st Level
* Solve incidences/requests within his/her area of competency
* Inform customers on services that are not provided by the team
* Register all incidence information fields in system
Requirements:
* Fluent knowledge of Polish AND English
* Bachelor or college degree / choc niekoniecznie /
* Some experience in technical support/customer service would be an advantage
* MS Office, internet knowledge at user level
* Fresh graduates and experienced are also welcome!
