This spring, French beauty brand Chanel is growing its Allure fragrance
franchise with the introduction of men’s fragrance, Allure Homme Sport.
Although a new fragrance, it aims to capture the same consumer base that
Allure Homme has attracted, a company spokesperson tells Cosmeticnews.com.
The Sport version is described as a fresh, sensual scent, created by Chanel
perfumer Jacques Polge.
The fragrance is a “four-faceted” composition, according to the company: a
fresh accord of mandarin and orange; a sensual accord of tonka bean and white
musk; a woody facet of Atlas cedar and vetiver; and a spicy component
featuring black pepper.
Allure Homme Sport comes in a sleek metallic-lacquered glass bottle topped
with a rubber-finish silver-ringed cap, created by Chanel artistic director
Jacques Helleu.
The line consists of a 50ml EdT priced €44, and a 100ml EdT at €62.
Allure Homme Sport launches internationally from mid-May backed by outdoor
and magazine advertising campaigns shot by Patrick Demarchelier.
