Wczorajszo/dzisiejsza pogoda nie byla zbyt rewelacyjna. Ciagle padalo...

Podciagneli to pod 40-lecie City Hall.
Chyba w lecie jest i tak wystarczajaco imprez, a poza tym wiele ludzi jest na
wkajacjach - chodzi mi o pracownikow galerii, muzeum itp.

W sumie to mozna sobie gdybac, a impresska i tak wyszla fajnie :)))

All-night arts festival a real crowd-pleaser

From swimming pools to street corners, car washes to churches, in parks, art
galleries, back alleys and even buses, the city transformed into an all-night
art gallery Saturday night as 425,000 people attended the first-ever Toronto
Nuit Blanche.

By now, almost every Torontonian knows that Nuit Blanche, the all-night
contemporary arts extravaganza that unfolded in the city's streets and galleries
last weekend, was a blowout success.

Instead of an anticipated 250,000, more than 420,000 people attended Toronto's
inaugural Nuit Blanche,

Scotiabank, having previously funded the Cavalcade of Lights events and the
Moose in the City campaign, responded by committing "hundreds of thousands of
dollars," said Jim Tobin, Scotiabank's director of sponsorships and programming.

Should the city commit to another instalment, Mr. Tobin says Scotiabank will
come back to the negotiating table. The stakes will be higher, however, because
Live with Culture is concluding, and its special funds have dried up.
