The joke is that we see the british government seeking for asylum seekers on
the bbc website.

The joke works because it was recently very loudly reported in the British
media how the government lose track of illegal immigrants who came in as asylum
seekers.

We expected these people to live like the Tom Hanks character in Terminal but
we gave them the freedom to roam of the Tom Hanks character in Forrest Gump,
and then we wondered why we needed the tracking talents of the Tom Hanks
character in the Da Vinci Code to catch up with them l8r.

that the "other people" "looking for" "asylum seekers" is the Brit gov't
(since it has lost track of rejected asylum seekers, foreign criminals,
paedophiles and a whole host of other people the ID cards won't help it at all
to find...)

I was looking at all the jpg pictures and couldn't see anything funny. I guess
I assumed right off the bat that it was a picture.
