definicja boga

27.09.08, 07:57
Wielki Slownik Angielsko-Polski Stanislawskiego podaje:

bog [1] bagno; moczary; trzesawisko
bog [2] sracz, ustep, klozet

poprzez rzeke o nazwie Laba, Elba, albo Albion. A ci Angle chodzili

hebrajskim - p. np. dowody w ksiedze Zoharu p.t. "Lech lecha"
        Leaving Home by Moshe Miller
<<"The Zohar, one of the earliest and most important Jewish
mystical texts, was written by Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai and his
disciples. The following is an original translation
G-d said to Abram, "For your own sake [in Hebrew, 'lech lecha', the
name of this week's Torah portion], go away from your land, from
your birthplace, and from your father's house...."(Gen. 12:1)
The words "lech lecha" translated literally mean "Go to you".
Rabbi Elazar said: "lech lecha" means "for your own sake, go away
from here and rectify your soul, advancing your [spiritual] level."
G-d instructed Abram to depart from his present spiritual course by
engaging in mitzvot and good deeds that he would fulfill in the Land
of Israel. It is there that he would succeed in attaining previously
        unreachable spiritual heights.
"It is not fitting for you to be here, among these wicked people.">>
Even though they did not influence Abram to emulate them, G-d told
him that the evil which surrounded him taints the soul.
        [ Zohar I, 77b]
An alternative translation of the words lech lecha - "Go to your
        Self":
[Another interpretation:] "Go...in order to know yourself."

        en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lehi_(Book_of_Mormon)
        Fragmenty:
According to the Book of Mormon narrative, the families of Lehi, his
friend Ishmael and another man named Zoram left Jerusalem some time
before its destruction by the Babylonians in approximately 587 BC.
Lehi's group proceeded southward down the Arabian Peninsula until
they reached a location called Nahom. Ishmael is reported to have
died by this time, and he was buried at this location.
From Nahom, the group proceeded in an eastward direction across the
desert until they reached a fertile coastal region they named
Bountiful, where Lehi's son Nephi was instructed by the Lord to
build a ship for the purpose of sailing across the ocean to
the "promised land". The party of men, women and children along with
their animals boarded the ship and sailed until they reached the
        Americas.
The Book of Mormon relates that during his family's journey to the
Americas and before his death, Lehi gave important teachings to his
children and their posterity that were recorded by Nephi on metallic
plates that were later used in compiling the Book of Mormon.
Upon Lehi's death, his sons Nephi and Laman established two
conflicting nations, the Nephites and the Lamanites, and as such is
considered one of the principal ancestors of the Book of Mormon
        people.
