* A rather idiotic and affectionate diminutive,(southern in origin)of the
English Alphabet's 23rd letter, W. The correct pronunciation of the word
should be Dubble-yoo. Instead lazy speeach and accents, possibly due to
southern practice of inbreeding, has resulted in a rather redneckish
bastardization of the letter's pronunciation of this letter. Once a letter now
it's considered a 'word'
This 'word' became popularized by Texan constituents who publically
referred to George W. Bush, as 'Dubya' the current president of the United States.
