        Have you got any informations concerning astudying TEFL abroad ( the best would
        be Ireland or Great Britain); is it possible at all to study postgraduately
        without spending fortune on it?

            I'm sure google knows something. Have you tried to search it??
            TEFL in Ireland, TEFL in Great Britain, TEFL in England, etc.

            The best sources of information will always be the websites of schools that
            offer these courses.
