How would you say in Polish "energy drivers and levers"? It seems to me that
these terms are devoid of direct equivalents in Polish. Thanks in advance.

      Even in English this makes a little sense.
      Please provide a full context.

        I'm afraid it might be some kind of corporate jargon. This expression was used
        in the context of employees survey that was meant to measure the level of
        organizational energy - the employees' identity. "Energy drivers and levers"
        must be some tools used to increse the level of energy - but how to translate
        this into Polish?

            I was afraid that this might be some sort of Corporate bullshit meant to
            impress the lesseer minds.
            Using engineering analogy i would say;
            drivers are the leaders, Harvard MBA geniuses
            levers those that merely convey grand ideas to the mere mortals

              I suspect it refers to people, not to devices. Those who drive others to do
              more and better, and those who need to be driven.
