    winter fun

    What's the name of those big, inflated rubber rings used for sliding down the
    snowy slopes? And if you go sledging or tobogganning, what would you call
    this activity? Thanks.

        we call it "tubing" ( one "b"). It might be something else in UK.

        It's called "snow tubing",to be exact, when you're tubing on snow. There is
        also water tubing and that one has become extremely popular in the last few
        years.
