materials for learning of spoken English

Does anyone know webpages where I can download some articles read by English
lector or even better where I could download dialogs recorded by English
lectors?

I know one webpage, but it is American page:

It's not exactly what you're asking about but just in case... BBC learning
English has several links worth exploring plus the news page will give you the
news in video and audio and I think the whole site is a 'gold mine'.

takes you to lots of interactive activities eg under video nation you can watch
a cute 8 year old boy talking about the rocket he's made and then you answer
questions about what he'd said. You can see the text if you choose to.

Obviously you'll have to invest some time into getting to know the site but it
is worth it!
I thought 'Voices' was interesting, after all this talk about accents here, it
is to do with how people speak and what they think about it, with experts
adding their opinions; there's some audio but not that much.
