Witam,

Chce wynajac pomiesczenie na dzialalnosc gospodarcza. Pregladam ogloszenia na
necie i jest pare zwrotow, ktorych nie rozumiem:
1. Co to znaczy "to let by the way of assignment"
2. the property is available either on a new long lease subject to five
yearly rent reviews or a 4 year 9 month lease to a suitable tenant
3. the property is held under a 25 year full repairing and insuring lease
from the 1st March 1996 incorporating five yearly rent reviews.
