Is it necessary for studying abroad to have CAE or CPE. I handle with English
quite well (i suppose) but i was not willing to pass tests (i hadn`t money
nor time). But is there any chance for me?

As far as I know TOEFL exam is obligatory for most of the US universities. I'm
not sure about European univs but better get yourself a certificate of some
kind (CAE should be good enough). Not many institutions are likely to believe
in applicants' language skills without any documents confirming them.

If you don't have any certificates you may want to try some of the
international exchange programmes. For example Socrates has it's own English
test for all applicants.

I agree with mondo ingles... study some more before you start school abroad.
And.... if .. as you said.... you handle Englisg quite good.... pass any of
those exams. And then you will be sure.
What do you think about taking "a gap year" and going abroad to learn some
english first?

If you don't have money to take CPE test ... don't even dream about studying
abroad. It's very expensive.... I am going to study in Rome during winter
semester. I have been accepted as "Socrates- Erasmus" student. I don't have to
pay for school fortunatelly.... but to get a student visa I need a guarantee
that I have 1050 EUR for each month of studying.
Pretty hard.... but its reality....

I do not know a squat about studying in [western] Europe,
but in the US you need to have fairly recent (and decent) score
from TOEFL exam.
Most American universities offer scholarships/assistantships
for graduate students. If you are an undergrad it is more difficult,
but you can get an athletic scholarship if you are good in sports.
Otherwise it can be tough, since a semester can cost $5000-$10000
or even more and this is just the tuition. You would need another
$3000 - $5000 (at least) per semester to survive.

Nevertheless I strongly recommend coming here, if you have not
decided where to go. It is a beautiful country and people are very nice.

Thanks guys. I just got into a medical school in Brussels-Belgium.I must pass
CAE next year or they`ll kick me out. I don`t think there will be any problem
with certificate. There will be no problem with cash neither so I start this
year.
