Can anybody please tell me which seems to be 'the' translation?

OMP = Polityka monetarna w praktyce
= Stosowanie polityki monetarnej
= ???

It's a title in a table of contents, so there isn't a wider context available

Sisi, there ALWAYS is some sort of context. What book is it?
A propaganda booklet procured by the FED? A yearly BIS
report? A book by an investigating journalist uncovering
operative's covert policy machinations? What is the
chapter about? Operating is an omnibus word.

Firstly, it's not a book, booklet, brochure or anything. It's a sheet of paper
with a sort of table of contents.
Other things there include:
- Direct Inflation Targets
- OMO
if that's the context you mean, Bert.

I understand it's an official paper or document. Still,
when you think about it, "operating" can have many meanings.
For example, just to get you going, operating monetary
policy may mean:
-managing monetary policy (implementing - a routine
activity, responsibility)
-working monetary policy (designing, creating, shaping)
-functioning monetary policy (being in use, current)
